Los Andes Bar

The stylishly decorated bar is the place for pre-dinner tropical cocktails. It’s also a great spot for meeting a date or a group of friends for an evening of fun. Pisco Sours, our tasty signature cocktail, flow freely here. We also offer Mojitos, Margaritas and other sensational libations.

Latin Cocktails

Pisco Sour
In a class of its own, our house cocktail is a heavenly mixture of Pisco – a grape brandy from Peru – lime juice, sugar, whipped egg whites and a sprinkle of cinnamon or Angostura bitters.

Traditional Margarita
Jose Cuervo Tradicional Tequila with fresh-pressed lime juice, lime zest, triple sec and a pinch of sugar. Frozen or on the rocks.

Banana Daiquiri
A blend of Parrot Bay Rum, fresh pressed lime juice, lime zest, bananas, sugar and crushed ice. Also available in strawberry.

Cadillac Caipirinha
10 Cane Rum, fresh lime juice, simple syrup
Served on rocks.

Specialty Drinks

Macchu Pisco
A puree of mango, Parrot Bay Mango Rum, Pisco and lime juice.

Selva Alegre
Our version of the Preparado: a smoothie-like mixture of fresh strawberries, coconut, bananas, Parrot Bay Coconut Rum and grenadine. (Possible without rum.)

Playa Fresca
A Caribbean style fruit punch made with 10 Cane Rum, citrus juices and aromatic bitters.

Majic Mojito
10 Cane Rum, fresh lime juice, mint, simple syrup, and a splash of soda.
